Job DetailsQualifications:

3 years of direct experience maintaining facilitiesand HVAC systems City of Providence Stationary Engineer’s Licenseis preferred but not required

Scope of Responsibilities:

Performpreventative maintenance and general repairs on HVAC equipment,plumbing, and electrical systems Complete tenant servicerequests/work orders in an efficient, timely manner; complete allassociated paperwork Interface with tenant representatives; developand maintain positive and proactive tenant relations Conductseasonal change over of HVAC equipment and ensure equipment startup and operation at maximum efficiency Troubleshoot and repair allMEP system problems; make recommendations to Property ManagerCoordinate purchase of materials for building MEP operations,including light bulbs, snow removal supplies, tools,HVAC/electrical/plumbing material and supplies utilized inconjunction with the maintenance of the buildings Maintaincomputerized or manual logs, which detail the preventativemaintenance work performed Make required repairs to all buildingsystems; notify Property Manager of repairs required which falloutside of ability level or available time Coordinate and overseesnow removal as required Coordinate with utility companies toassist in access for utility meter readings Conduct daily buildingwalk-throughs to maintain appearance and operation of buildings -replace lighting, adjust doors, ensure cleanliness as required Fulljob description available upon request and work hours are 7am-4pmM-F with the occasional requirements for overtime or weekends.
