• to join our client’s Global Real Estate and Facilities team in
• North Charleston, SC

•. In this essential role, you’ll help maintain and optimize building automation systems, SCADA, and infrastructure for one of the most advanced aerospace manufacturing environments in the world. Your expertise will directly support the 787 Dreamliner program — helping keep production safe, smooth, and efficient. • What You’ll Do
• + Provide engineering support for mechanical and electrical systems across buildings, equipment, and utilities + Troubleshoot and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS), SCADA systems, PLCs, and lighting controls + Analyze and resolve system failures using reliability methodologies (FMEA, RCA, fault tree analysis, etc.

) + Define and document technical requirements for facility upgrades and infrastructure improvement projects + Assist with capital project design and planning, including drawings, specifications, and permitting + Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental standards, and company guidelines + Review vendor/contractor work, oversee installations, and validate as-built documentation + Collaborate across departments and with external contractors to deliver high-impact solutions

• What We’re Looking For

• Required Skills & Experience:

• + Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or Chemistry + 4+ years of relevant engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) + 2+ years supporting or managing BAS, SCADA, PLCs, or lighting control systems + Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments +
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

• + Ability to work onsite 100% at the North Charleston facility

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Hands-on experience with TRANE, Honeywell, Allen-Bradley, Johnson Controls, nLight, or Payne Sparkman + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam + Strong background in reactive maintenance and reliability engineering + Experience leading facility control upgrades or modernization projects
