Do you thrive behind the scenes, where precision meets passion? The Canopy by Hilton at Bankers Alley – a boutique destination in the heart of Nashville’s art and entertainment district – is seeking a Lead Engineer to oversee the property’s engineering and maintenance operations with efficiency, style, and Southern hospitality.
As Lead Engineer, you’ll be the goto expert ensuring our building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical) run flawlessly while delivering a bestinclass guest experience. You’ll lead a small team, partner with vendors, and proactively maintain our hotel’s physical assets—all with a handson mindset and commitment to safety, sustainability, and service excellence.
