North Campbell Station Road, Knoxville, TN 37932 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot various systems. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and facilities through regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the hotel’s physical property and equipment are in excellent working condition This includes guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and exterior spaces Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems Repair and maintain furniture, fixtures, and equipment Assist with groundskeeping and general cleanliness of property Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed at all times Document completed work and report major issues to management Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems. Familiarity with HVAC systems, including HVAC/R troubleshooting skills. Experience using precision measuring instruments for performance assessment. Ability to fabricate components as required for repairs or upgrade Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
