Maintains pressure boilers, electrical equipment, lifting and power distributions. Performs minor fan and air-conditioning repairs. Performs minor electrical and mechanical repairs. Performs rough carpentry work. Performs routine plumbing repairs. Updates engineering log during assigned shift. Participates in the MOD program. Assists Chief Engineer in administration of on-going orientation, training, and development of all maintenance employees. Assist Chief Engineer in administration of an on going Preventive Maintenance Program for equipment and guest rooms. Assists in administration of special franchise maintenance programs.
