REQUIRED SKILLS
Active Top Secret Clearance/with SCI eligibility
At least ten (10+) years of test engineering experience
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and similar tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with testing tools
Robust decision-making skills
Bachelor Degree in related field or in lieu of degree 4 additional years of experience
TASKS
Create software tests and automate test cases, perform application testing, validate bugs, and isolate issues
Write and initiate tests and then analyze and report the test results in the ticketing system
Perform configuration management, change management, and release management. Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met
Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for application products. Write, implement, and report status for system test cases for testing and analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports.
Provide testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications and direct and/or participate in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection. Review test plans and test reports for technical competence, effectiveness, and compliance with standards. Observe and evaluate the execution of customer acceptance test activities, perform integration activities involving developed application software, and identify and document problems and issues providing specific guidance on root-cause and remediation. Analyze the requirements for each test event and shall assist in the scheduling of the System(s) non-operational environments test assets.
