Hardware Engineer-10138 HumanHire Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 HumanHire is partnered with a top, leading global manufacturer in search of a Hardware Engineer for their office in Ronkonkoma. The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, refining, and testing high-performance, advanced communication systems while working with cross-functional teams to ensure all performance, reliability, and production standards are met. We are seeking candidates with 2-8 years of hands-on hardware design experience to join our growing team!

Salary :

Up to $160,00 per year

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (fully onsite)

Hardware Engineer Responsibilities:

Design and develop CCAs including component selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout support Develop and execute test plans & simulations and validate hardware to ensure functionality and reliability Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CCAs into larger systems Manage hardware troubleshooting and debugging throughout development and production stages Analyze and refine designs for performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability Maintain and update documentation of design process, test results, and revisions Support project planning by assisting with scheduling, resource planning, and development timelines Mentor junior engineers and apply new tools, technologies, and approaches to support team growth and technical development

Hardware Engineer Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required 2-8 years of hands-on hardware design & development experience with FPGAs required Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools Strong working knowledge in designing high speed digital designs (PCI, PCIe, USB, Ethernet) Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and verbal & written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment If you are interested, please apply to this posting with your resume and a recruiter will be in contact within 48 hours if qualified.
