- Design fire alarm systems, design, calculate and stock list fire sprinkler systems in multiple occupancies in accordance with adopted codes and standards.
- Work independently using HCAD design software
- Collaborate with team members to design and plan fire sprinkler system installations
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed and prepare revisions for modifications made to systems “`Experience“`
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire sprinkler system design
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of fire codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Familiarity with design software such as BIM, SolidWorks, Revit, and HCAD
- Ability to perform technical writing for reports and documentation purposes
- Background in mechanical engineering is helpful
