JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Environmental Health, Safety, or a relevant scientific/engineering field.
3-5 years of experience in EHS programs, operations, quality, or engineering (manufacturing experience preferred).
U.S. Citizenship required.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in EHS compliance assessments, risk mitigation, and incident investigations.
Knowledge of environmental auditing, regulatory reporting, and record-keeping.
Ability to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace safety programs.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex assignments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in driving EHS vision, policy, and strategies by performing compliance reviews and risk assessments.
Develop and implement programs, procedures, and systems to ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety.
Conduct site-wide audits to identify EHS management gaps and develop corrective measures.
Provide EHS services, solutions, and technical guidance to business management and support functions.
Manage EHS incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement continuous improvement programs based on lessons learned from incidents.
Assist in the development of company-wide employee safety and injury prevention programs.
Conduct environmental audits, maintain records, and complete regulatory reporting as required.
Pay Details:
$22.00 to $30.00 per hour
