Our headcount has increased over 8% the past 2 years as we continue to expand our product line and gain market share in our space. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS best practices and compliance requirements. Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Collaborate with management to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the organization. Stay updated on EHS regulations and best practices, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements. Experience in developing and implementing EHS training programs. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
