- Wealthand Asset Management (WAM) Engineering is an organization withinSchwab Technology Services aligned to support the technology needsof Schwab Asset Management (SAM), Wealth & Advice Solutions (WAS),the Schwab Center for Financial Research (SCFR), and Third-PartyPlatform teams.
WAM Engineering Technology Operations, anorganization within WAM Engineering, provides Technology Operationssupport to WAS which is a growth area for Schwab.
- -You will playa critical role in supporting Schwab Wealth Advisory which isfocused on high-net worth and ultra-high net worth retailinvestors.
- Supported business functions span Schwab’s Wealth andInvestment Solutions including Schwab Wealth Advisory.
- You willbe working with a team of talented and highly motivatedtechnologists that strive to ensure applications and processcompliment Schwab’s WAS business, and their clients benefit fromhigh availability Service Level Agreements for our applications.

- In this newly created role, you will support the future growth ofthe WAS business. As a Support Engineer in Technology Operations,you will provide expert operational support with an emphasis onautomation and improved customer experience for 900+ advisors.

What you have
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in measuring,tracking, and improving SLO/SLA’s/KPI’s3+ years of experience withSplunk, Datadog, Grafana Cloud, OTEL, or similar observabilityapplications3+ years of experience with a systems programminglanguage, such as Python, PowerShell, and shell scripting forautomation3+ years of experience with any of the following: GitHub,Bamboo, Bitbucket3+ years in a client facing production supportrole responsible for enterprise applications, infrastructure, andsystemsITIL v. 4 Experience with Enterprise Systems that includesbut not limited to: Event and Incident ManagementReleaseand Enterprise Change Management
