Job Description:
- Manage and direct daily production support operations in manufacturing of automotive parts.
- Establish production support and maintenance standards and manuals to control overall production support operations.
- Develop and determine budgets and expenditure for production support and maintenance activities.
- Review overall production support procedure and evaluate the process to maximize efficiency.
- Evaluate and investigate production problems by identifying root causes and provide solutions.
- Approve weekly/monthly production support status report to direct maintenance timelines according to production goals and objectives.
- Identify any production discrepancies, errors, and malfunctions to improve production systems.
Job Requirements:
Associate Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 2 years of experience in production support or maintenance field.
