- Analyze SAP production data for resource planning, cost analysis, and coordination with quality control
- Plan and adjust production schedules to meet customer requirements using SAP
- Troubleshoot product issues related to design, materials, or processes
- Monitor inventory and maintain accuracy through daily counts and SAP tracking
- Optimize production parameters and floor layout to improve efficiency
- Maintain 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Material) to prevent disruptions
- Implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce defects
- Support new product launches and prepare production for mass manufacturing
- Prepare for audits, lead cost-saving initiatives, and report KPIs
