Job Description:

Develop and optimize production processes to enhance product quality and reduce production costs for an automotive components manufacturing company. Prepare and implement production plans, schedules, and processes to ensure efficient and timely production. Analyze and evaluate current production processes to identify areas for improvement, enhance productivity, and reduce waste and production costs. Diagnose and analyze the root causes of production errors or equipment malfunctions, and collaborate with mechanical engineers to solve these issues. Develop and improve safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with quality engineers to analyze defect rates, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or other closely related field of study
