Us Senior Industrial Engineer Our Iowa-based client, operating for over 100 years, is seeking a skilled Senior Industrial Engineer to join its growing engineering team. As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you’ll lead the conception, execution, and oversight of engineering initiatives to enhance manufacturing methodologies, operations, and processes. Your role is crucial in enabling efficient product manufacturing, reducing costs, improving product quality, and increasing distribution throughput and productivity, all while prioritizing safety performance. Collaboration with Operations, Design Engineering, and Automation Engineering teams will be key in achieving these objectives. to learn more!
Work model:
On-Site What you will do: Ensure alignment of processes, measurements, standards, and efforts with safety, delivery, quality, and cost objectives
Utilize strong analytical skills to solve problems and create cost-effective solutions
Oversee installation and process improvement projects, including productivity and technology enhancements
Finish all project assignments within the established scope, budget, and schedule
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence What you will need to be successful: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or mechanical engineering is mandatory
Possess 5+ years of practical, hands-on experience (experience working with automated manufacturing equipment and processes preferred)
Demonstrate willingness to proactively engage in tasks and take necessary actions to achieve desired oues consistently
