Job Details Key Responsibilities:

Review technical drawingsand models to estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment.

Work with sales, engineering, production, and finance teams tosupport quotes and proposals. Use software tools to build costmodels and suggest ways to streamline manufacturing processes. Helpimprove how data is collected and used to support decision-making.

Recommend the best production methods to lower costs and improveefficiency. Support capital planning decisions and help choose thebest location for new projects. Use CAD software (like SolidWorks)for design analysis and early project planning. Stay up to date onmanufacturing trends and new tools that can improve operations.

Present findings and proposals clearly to both internal teams andcustomers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical,Industrial, or Systems Engineering. At least 5 years of experiencein cost estimating, process improvement, or manufacturingengineering. Strong understanding of manufacturing methods,equipment, and materials. Experience using CAD tools and workingwith product design for manufacturing. Familiarity with leanmanufacturing, continuous improvement, and modern digital tools(Industry 4.0). Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamworkskills. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects atonce. Experience with regulated industries or quality standards isa plus. Interested in hearing more?
