Volt is immediately hiring a Supplier Technical Engineer inWinsted, CT. As a Supplier Technical Engineer you will:

KeyResponsibilities:

Review supplier data to verify compliance withengineering drawings and specifications. Review non-conformingparts in MRB (Material Review Board) and determine appropriatedispositions. Monitor and report on supplier defect rates; guidesuppliers in corrective actions. Support suppliers in implementingprocess improvements and quality assurance plans. This is a fulltime, contingent opportunity.

Communication:

Ability to conveytechnical and quality-related information clearly and effectivelyto all parties involved.

Problem Solving:

Expertise in identifyingroot causes and implementing sustainable solutions.

QualityAssurance:

Deep knowledge of QA methodologies.

Supplier Management:

Skilled in managing supplier relationships, performance, andcertifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalentexperience in a relevant field. Extensive experience in supplierquality, manufacturing standards, and quality assurance.

Pay Rate:

$35/hour-$51/hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate willbe based on several factors, including the candidate’s education,work experience, work location, specific job duties,certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
