Job Description:
MUST HAVE
Industrial, DMAIC , Production Essential Responsibilities Analyze and design manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and space utilization.
Conduct capacity studies and implement performance improvement plans.
Drive layout planning and recommend facility modifications for process optimization.
Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams on improvement projects.
Perform time studies and develop standardized work (e.g., Std Work Layout, Operator Balance Charts).
Support safety and training initiatives in production operations.
Conduct cost analysis and support inventory control and production documentation.
Apply problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC for process improvement.
Collaborate with facilities engineers for planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades.
Strong expertise in industrial engineering tools and methodologies.
Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Proficiency in time measurement systems and process capacity analysis.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodology.
Effective project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Qualification’s Bachelor’s “
