As a L3 Production Support, you will be part of the IT Production Services supporting critical operations. Kennesaw, GA / Charlotte, NC What’s the Job? Drive production triages and resolve complex technical issues independently. Utilize strong analytical skills to determine root causes of technical problems. Analyze historical trends and current conditions to pinpoint technical issues. Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data effectively. Execute Linux utility scripts and perform application performance monitoring. What’s Needed? 3-5+ years of IT experience in Production Support Services. 2-4+ years of development experience, particularly with Java and RESTful services. Experience in a Linux environment for at least 2 years. Proficiency in analyzing log data using Splunk for 2+ years.
