Production Support
We are looking for an experienced
ARGO EDMS
Production Support Engineer to join our team. If you’re a production support expert with a passion for problem-solving and deep knowledge in ARGO Teller and Central Payments applications we d love to connect!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide production support for ARGO Teller (browser-based) and Central Payments apps Respond quickly to
ARGO EDMS
alerts and resolve issues effectively Analyze and troubleshoot issues using Dynatrace, Splunk, and log traces Collaborate with ARGO vendor to resolve defects and system configuration problems Work on TCRs, scanners, receipt printer issues, and Teller Electronic Journal (EJ) Create and maintain Splunk dashboards and monitoring alerts Assist in knowledge transfer and training for offshore team members
Mandatory Skills:
ARGO/.NET MSSQL
Dynatrace Splunk
Nice to
Have:
Experience with the ARGO Teller product
Experience Required:
11+ years overall Minimum 8 years in Production Support
