JDP is seeking a Plant Engineer in the Atlanta, GA area! The candidate will be responsible to direct, schedule and control all engineering and maintenance functions.
Responsibilities:
Provide engineering leadership at the plant level Supervise and coach direct reports Complete direct reports performance reviews and provide feedback Manage capital projects for the plant Recommend equipment and processing system modifications and replacements Remain up to date on plant technology Develop, implement, and control approved budgets Create and maintain engineering records including equipment records and manuals, drawing and diagrams, inspections reports and any legal documents Establish and administer and effective predictive/preventative maintenance program Oversee all processes for maintenance and engineering associates Lead inclusive of plant, division, and company goals Work closely with outside organizations such as
OSHA, EPA, FDA
Requirements:
