Job Description:

Summary Leads the technical design and configuration of theenterprise scheduling systems for production systems. Establishestechnical methods, integrate and configure advanced operationalprocesses to support schedules within our production andnon-production environment under the direction of the Team Lead.

Responsible for production and non-production requirements forcritical paths, error resolution and delays. Handles applicationlevel issues and provides appropriate solutions to maintainstability and availability within our infrastructure. Maintainstechnical methods knowledge base for batch and implementationprocedures, rules and changes to environment. Duties

• Designs,implements and maintains technical processes, procedures and custominterfaces to support the job scheduling system in allenvironments. These responsibilities include the technical design,coding and implementation of custom processes and interfaces foroperational and production processing.
• Maintains implementationof production job schedules, integrations and Technical StandardsKnowledge Base. This includes the analysis of processes to identifypotential problems with delivery of operational services andpartnership with other departments for optimization of processflows.
• Reviews all procedures to ensure that they conform to theexisting GEHA standards.
• Evaluates additions, revisions, anddeletions to batch processing integration with technical methods.

Anticipates impact of errors and changes on batch processingschedules. Provides early warning to IT staff and customers.

• Attends and actively participates in weekly Change Control Meetingswith all IT departments and reports activities relating to changesin Production Control.
• Provides on-call support on rotation
