Position Summary:
The Process Engineer will focus on developing, improving, and sustaining manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety. Candidates must be highly analytical, hands-on, and ready to work collaboratively across departments. Flexibility to support different shifts and urgent production needs is important.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce cycle times, and increase efficiency Analyze process data and conduct root cause analysis for production issues; lead corrective action initiatives Partner with production, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve production lines Design and validate manufacturing processes for new product introductions and engineering changes Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, DOE, 5S) Create and update work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Train operators and technicians on new processes and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
