Industrial Engineer Position Available In Oconee, Georgia

TRC Talent is seeking an Industrial Engineer for a long-term onsite contract in Athens, GA. You’ll join a team focused on improving manufacturing processes, supporting production systems, and driving continuous improvement. College degree, excellent communication skills, SAP and Autocad required.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes and workflows Design and manage tools, machines, and equipment needs Troubleshoot process issues and implement improvements Oversee material procurement for process enhancements Maintain BOMs, work orders, and support engineering change notices Conduct quality checks and time studies Support cross-functional teams and lead in team leader’s absence

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 3+ years’ relevant shop floor experience Proficiency in AutoCAD (2022 preferred) and SAP ME Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement Ability to read technical drawings and create/maintain ERP routings Excellent communication and teamwork skills
