Cleveland, GA On-Site Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership Industrial Technician Responsibilities Analyzes and reengineers production layouts, designs, and implements efficiency and quality improvement projects across production lines Monitors and analyzes workflows, processes, procedures, and line activities to identify and resolve bottlenecks Provides ongoing production support and troubleshooting while developing operations-wide measurement standards Creates cost models to support customer proposals and cost reduction initiatives Collaborates with administrative, financial, and quality team(s) to develop viable guidelines for safety and quality standards Develops documentation system to ensure accurate and timely updates Leads and participates in process improvement workshops Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience Relevant certifications, system experience, and training Professional-Level English language skills preferred
