Job Description
Process Engineer $24 Hourly Vision , Medical , Dental , RetirementFull-Time Reviewing customer specifications for detailed requirements toset up new processes or establish gaps between current practices andspecification requirements. Manage process optimization in regard totooling, throughput, cost analysis on new/existing packages, and costreduction paint. Oversee first article qualification to ensure timeoptimization, pricing evaluation and proper engineering. Responsible forscheduling all new customer orders/packages. Coordinate with planningfor the creation of accurate and detailed work orders for all new andexisting orders along with the creation of new technique cards. Performregular gap analysis of customer specifications for new revisions beingreleased for current established processes. Perform project managementto meet required goals and deadlines. Use statistical process controltools (e.g. failure mode & effects analysis, pareto, etc.) to evaluatepotential risk when setting up new processes or reviewing changes tocurrent process. Coordinate and collaborate with other project teammembers to ensure continuous success in meeting required deadlines andproduct goals. Establish objectives for each individual project assignedto ensure that the team members have a clear understanding ofexpectations. Schedule required meetings, procure assets required, andcommunicate with required departments to ensure objectives are met.
Create and revise internal processing procedures and quality workinstructions for performing quality control tests. Other duties asassigned.
