My client is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with afocus on CNC programming and machining processes. The idealcandidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, andsupporting CNC machining operations from prototype throughproduction. Description The CNC ManufacturingEngineer will report directly into the VP of Operations and beresponsible for: Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axismilling and turning centers. Design efficient workholding andfixturing solutions to ensure repeatability and precision. ProgramCNC machines using Open Mind hyperMILL (experience with ESPRIT orSiemens NX is a plus). Collaborate with design engineers during DFMreviews to ensure manufacturability of new products. Create andmaintain manufacturing process documentation, including workinstructions, setup sheets, and inspection plans. Continuouslyimprove cycle times, tool life, and part quality through processoptimization and root cause analysis. Interface with qualityassurance to resolve non-conformances and support correctiveactions. Apply today for immediate consideration! ProfileBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (orequivalent experience). 7 years of experience in CNC machining,process engineering, or related fields. Strong understanding of CNCprogramming. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam,Fusion 360, Siemens NX, or similar). Strong understanding ofGD&T, blueprint reading, and machining tolerances. Familiaritywith ERP systems and manufacturing documentation processes.
Hands-on experience with CNC machine setup and troubleshooting.
