My client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support andimprove technology projects and manufacturing processes. This rolerequires hands-on problem-solving skills, attention to detail, andthe ability to work cross-functionally to drive product quality andefficiency. Description Reporting into the VP of Engineering,you will be responsible for the following: Develop, optimize, andmaintain manufacturing processes. Support day-to-day productionactivities, including troubleshooting technical issues on theproduction floor. Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and testequipment to improve efficiency, repeatability, and safety.

Collaborate with Design Engineering during product development toensure manufacturability (DFM) and smooth transition to production.

Create and maintain process documentation, including workinstructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and processflow diagrams. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, includinglean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Train productionstaff on new processes and equipment. Interface with Quality toensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards.

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action(CAPA) efforts for product or process non-conformances. Profile Asuccessful Manufacturing Engineer should have: Bachelor’s degree inand engineering discipline or equivalent relevant experienceworking in a machine shop/factory. 3 years of experience in amanufacturing engineering role. Strong understanding of electronicsmanufacturing processes, including soldering (SMT andthrough-hole), PCB assembly, and system integration. Proficiencywith CAD (e.g., SolidWorks) and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuousimprovement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving,communication, and organizational skills. Job Offer A competitivesalary of $90,000 – $110,000 USD per year, based on experience.
