Role Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day production support, including troubleshooting issues related to file imports/exports, UI anomalies, and data inconsistencies between the application and downstream systems.
Develop and execute JavaScript scripts within a MongoDB environment.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for Oracle databases.
Monitor production system health using tools such as Dynatrace, Kafka, Splunk, and Kubernetes/Rancher.
Manage and resolve job-related issues using Control-M, including handling failed, stuck, or on-hold jobs.
Exhibit leadership potential and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Performance Expectations:
Consistently meet defined SLAs for incident response and resolution.
Create and maintain documentation to ensure consistent and effective incident/request handling across the team.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
