Transform the everyday with us We are looking for Quality Engineer. This position will be based at our Southaven Distribution Center, located in Southaven MS. Role Responsibilities Verify production packaging, labels, and components for compliance with specifications.
Inspect raw materials and packaging components, report deviations, and monitor incoming materials for discrepancies.
Conduct daily quality audits on the production floor and assist with resolving day-to-day quality issues.
Analyze data, report monthly metrics, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements using Six Sigma and CAPA.
Manage product quality concerns, including customer issues, corrective actions, and process improvements.
Ensure quality documentation compliance, support project risk management, and review design specifications (PPAP). You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Associates Degree
+3 years’ experience in a Quality role
Effective technical writing, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills are required to engage with various levels of stakeholders and team members in remote locations.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, experience with large data analysis, and knowledge of general statistics
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates Degree or higher within a relevant Science discipline
Experience in a Quality role in the electro-mechanical industry
Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (metrology) for inspection and validation of parts
SAP proficiency
Experience leading and/or facilitating Design of Experiments (DOE) and Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
Certified Quality Engineer CQE or equivalent

The pay range for this position is $60,340 – $103,440. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
