Eli Lilly and Companyseeks a Process Engineer (R3-R4) to support the implementation andcontinuous improvement of automated technologies and processes forpharmaceutical manufacturing. Design, develop, test, and evaluateintegrated manufacturing systems and processes. Analyze safety,quality, material flow, logistics, and equipment limitations tooptimize operations. Utilize computer-aided tools to optimizelayout sand designs for production processes. Leverage simulationtechnologies to analyze and refine product flows and critical stepsin the production path. Develop standardized procedures,maintenance strategies, and process benchmarks to ensure consistentquality and performance. Define and execute corrective actions andpreventive actions (CAPA) strategies to manage and prevent processdeviations. LI-DNI Position requires a Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relatedengineering field, and 3 years of experience with supportingmanufacturing, logistics and quality engineering operations.

Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience withsupporting continuous improvements and operational excellence; 3years of experience with investigating root causes and correctiveactions implementations; 3 years of experience in utilizingcomputer aided tools for design; 3 years of experience in processdesign, and lean six sigma; 3 years of experience in working withwarehouse management systems (WMS); 2 years of experience incollecting and analyzing data for engineering processes; 2 years ofexperience with applying statistical methods for problem solving;and 2 years of experience with facility or area startups as anengineer leading activities including equipment commissioning, andensuring operational and systems readiness. Up to 25% domestic andinternational travel required.
