is both a civilian and military firearms manufacturer. BCA has over 250 CNC machines and we are a 3-shift operation.
Goal is to help ensure BCA has the most efficient operating systems and work flow to efficiently run the plant at the lowest cost and the highest quality to help ensure maximum profits for BCA.
Responsibilities include:
Organizing workflow for optimum quality and production. Time cycle trails, better workflow, better machine/workflow layout, etc.
Help break any bottlenecks or problems with production or quality.
Help set up system to monitor production to help resolve issues, ensure productivity, minimal downtime, to help achieve optimum operator efficiency, maximum machine utilization, and schedule attainment.
Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior managementHelp create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levelsHelp create schedules for machines to ensure optimum machine utilization and schedule attainment.
Help with machine layout and staffing requirementsHelp to design and implement Quality Systems as neededHelp to design and implement automated data collectionWrite Inspection Plans as neededWrite work instructions as neededHelp with videos as neededPossible Future Projects as time allows, Robotics, Automated Assembly, Automated Production Reporting, Computer/circuit board repair.
