Process Engineer Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Job Summary:

A Charlotte, NC-based manufacturer is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance production operations by improving efficiency, consistency, and performance through equipment modifications, process design, troubleshooting, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and troubleshoot production and quality issues. Improve equipment/processes for safety, yield, throughput, and reliability. Analyze data to proactively address quality trends and reduce variation. Train and support production operators. Collaborate with Sales and R D to develop and implement new product processes. Modify equipment for new products and lead R D trials to scale to production.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a continuous process manufacturing environment. Experience with quality assurance, project management (technical and financial), equipment operation, modification, automation, and vision system integration.
