Akkodis is seeking a Production Support Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for managing daily operations of the technology platform, including incident management and application monitoring.
Rate Range:
$50/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Production Support Engineer job responsibilities include:
Managing daily operations of the technology platform.
Handling problem and incident management.
Overseeing release and deployment processes.
Ensuring operational readiness and capacity management.
Monitoring applications and analyzing service performance.
Identifying and resolving production failures.
Communicating effectively with development and business teams.
Maintaining and enhancing technical policies and procedures.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Supporting new and existing equipment and software installations.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in Production Support or a related technical environment.
Proficiency in Linux and SQL.
Experience with application performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Splunk.

Pay Details:
$50.00 to $55.00 per hour
