As a Production Support Engineer, you will be part of the technical support department, ensuring the stability and resiliency of externally hosted services. • What’s the Job?
• + Act as a subject matter expert focused on the stability and resiliency of externally hosted services integrated with the organization’s environment.

+ Liaise with business and technical organizations, providing consultation services following

ITSM/ITIL

framework processes. + Review incidents encountered with externally hosted services to address system resiliency and availability. + Analyze vendor processes, identify gaps, and ensure corrective actions are implemented for service stability. + Facilitate daily meetings to determine root causes of vendor service problems and drive solutions.

• What’s Needed?
• + Strong knowledge and experience of

ITIL/ITSM

Incident, Problem, and Change Management Processes. + Intellectual curiosity with the ability to ask difficult questions to reach root causes. + High-level understanding of infrastructure resiliency designs and monitoring systems. + Typically 3-5 years of related experience in a technical support or engineering role. + Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
