We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team and oversee our production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timeliness. Job Summary:

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, including sending files to the printer/plotter, overseeing production schedules, materials, and equipment. This individual will ensure that all signs are produced to the highest quality standards and meet client expectations. The Production Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that all production schedules are met on time. Create and update a visible production schedule so that the team can see the flow of work and know when installs can be scheduled (at least a one to two week look ahead). Responsible for decision-making on whether items should be outsourced or created in-house based on current workload, personnel availability, personnel skills and capabilities as well as what is economically best for the company. Plan and execute weekly production meeting and daily production huddles. Ensure that all production processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies necessary for production. Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure customer specifications and expectations are met. Troubleshoot any production-related issues and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Develop and implement production policies and procedures to improve workflow, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within the sign or manufacturing industry. MUST be proficient in

ONYX RIP

software and graphic design. Strong knowledge of production processes and materials related to signage production (vinyl, acrylic, metal, etc.). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using production management software and how to run a large format printer. •Salary based on experience
