Energizer is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer implementing Lean Manufacturing Standards to establish, maintain, and enhance production equipment and processes, focusing on reducing downtime and improving overall productivity. This position is crucial in production efficiency and quality while ensuring safety standards are met. Responsibilities
Implement Lean Manufacturing standards to enhance production equipment and processes
Deploy Lean methodologies to improve safety, quality, and productivity Conduct time-motion studies and develop standardized work instructions
Lead projects applying 6-Sigma principles to improve process flow and stability
Determine manufacturing process layout optimization and improve factory flow
Monitor efficiency indicators and take actions to improve line efficiency and capacity
Provide manufacturing engineering support for Smart Factory technologies
Coordinate BOM and routings for product lines
Plan ergonomic features of new/revised work stations/jobs
Revise job evaluations when required by changes in job content or other circumstances
Design and perform work measurement projects to achieve desired objectives
Develop Normal Cost data (i.e. routings) such as expense rates, staffing, usage, scrap from available sources
Perform Make vs. Buy analysis using available quotations, normal costs, and freight costs
Maintain pertinent records and files
Assist technicians and skilled trades as well as other engineers and collaborates with co-workers in meeting objectives of the group, team and department
Participate in safety program, and provide Equipment Operating Instructions and training in work force to team leaders/supervisors, while complying with OSHA and EBM standards
What we are looking for
Bachelor degree in Industrial or Manufacturing, or equivalent (including engineering technology) or significant applicable experience
3+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in an automated industrial environment
Experience in manufacturing process layout optimization
Hands-on experience with Lean concepts (e.g., VSM, SMED, 8-Wastes, Takt Time, Jidoka, PokaYoke)
Experience in 6-Sigma project development, RCA, OEE and KPI’s for manufacturing plant
Proficiency in Pro-E, CREO, or AutoCAD
Production capacity (production line) reporting experience
ERP system experience (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office, including Project (e.g., Tableau, Power BI or equivalent dashboard experience)
Mentoring/development of Operators and Maintenance and consultant and contractor management experience
Financial and Project Management skills
Safe Work Practices including knowledge of NEC, OSHA, LOTO, Guarding, Hot Work, Safe Work

PPM, RCM
Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Reporting of PM, CM, and turnaround activities
