What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Oversee the design, development and testing of mechanical components and systems for wire and cable products Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure successful product development and delivery Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and reports, to support product development and quality assurance Provide technical support and guidance to production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including quality management systems What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills): Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field) Minimum of 5 years experience in engineering, preferably in the aerospace or wire and cable manufacturing industry Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control techniques Proficiency in engineering software and tools related to production planning and process optimization Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making Highly skilled in engaging teams to deliver results in a rapidly changing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task, and work well under pressure with changing priorities
Special Requirements:
