Job Description
Description The primary role of the Packaging Associate is to ensure all packaging products meet company standards before shipments are sent out for distribution.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
Responsible for packaging products according to established guidelines and standards. Ensures company product standards are fulfilled and prepared for distribution. Perform quality checks for any defects, damages, or discrepancies in the packaging or labeling. Maintains a clean and safe working environment. Adhere to all current SOPs, procedures, and quality requirements. Maintain cooperative working relationships and communications with employees from all other departments. Perform all other duties as assigned that are necessary, required, or directed by management. Able to work in a constant state of awareness and safe manner.
IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
HS Diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English. Willing to perform all tasks when and where assigned and as changing situations arise. Maintain a professional and positive attitude and work ethic. Stand and walk for long periods of time. Lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed.
