We areseeking a dynamic and innovative Process Engineer to join ourthriving manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play apivotal role in supporting our manufacturing processes and drivingoperational excellence. This role will offer the opportunity towork on the design, development, and optimization of manufacturingprocesses, ensuring efficiency and quality at all stages. Thecandidate will also be responsible for identifying and implementingprocess improvements, contributing to product development, andmaintaining high standards of quality control.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes,focusing on enhancing productivity and efficiency. 2. Utilize SixSigma methodologies to analyze and troubleshoot production issues,minimize defects, and reduce variability in manufacturingprocesses. 3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across themanufacturing facility, identifying opportunities for processenhancements and cost savings. 4. Work closely with the productdevelopment team to ensure manufacturability of new products,contributing to design reviews, and providing input onmanufacturing feasibility. 5. Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks forthe design and modification of manufacturing equipment and systems.6. Manage and execute process validation activities, including IQ,OQ, and PQ. 7. Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuringcompliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. 8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production,quality assurance, and R D, to drive process improvements andresolve manufacturing issues. 9. Provide technical support andtraining to manufacturing personnel, enhancing their understandingof process requirements and standards. 10. Participate in rootcause analysis activities, implementing corrective actions toprevent recurrence of issues.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degreein Engineering or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a ProcessEngineer. 3. Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement,and Process Improvement methodologies. 4. Proven experience inproduct development, from concept to manufacturing. 5. Proficiencyin AutoCAD and SolidWorks. 6. Solid understanding of QualityControl principles and techniques. 7. Excellent problem-solvingskills, with the ability to analyze complex production issues andimplement effective solutions. 8. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in ateam environment. 9. Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs. 10.Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is highly desirable.
