We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join our team. The role provides technical support to the variety of individuals that make up the feature/tv production environment. We support various Apple products and services from hardware to software as well as any specialized equipment required for the content creation process. This is a very fast-paced and highly demanding technical support environment. If you have a a strongmitment to customer success, and a passion for making the production process easier though technology this position is for you.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

5+ years of experience supporting technology in a media and entertainment environment
Must have experience prodividing IT technical support in a production/on set environment
Experience supporting software used during the content creation process (Mac, iOS, iPadOS, and otherputing devices)
Experience with storage systems such as Quantum, Isilon, Nexus Nice to Haves
Basic knowledge of networking
Excellent client services skills
