The goal of the role is to provide all HSBC lines of business with highly stable, cost effective and highly functional trade floor infrastructure. These responsibilities include the oversight of all vendor personnel; service management reviews; the execution of proper engineering practices and fault tolerant designs; the implementation of those designs; the support of these infrastructures on a 24 x 7 basis; the rapid resolution of all issues; the oversight and proper completion of all audits and regulatory engagements; and all other related tasks.
As our Senior Voice Recording Engineer you will:
The jobholder will adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures
Identify potential risks to service delivery and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all service delivery activities
Implement automation initiatives and service optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities
Support the delivery of Media Capture services, ensuring adherence to global standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for proves optimization and innovation in service delivery. For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $103,300.00 and $155,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or related disciplines is preferred
10+ Years’ experience in Trade Floor Voice with a concentration in Media Capture Delivery
Understanding of ITIL V4 framework and service management best practices
Proven experience in managing large-scale service operations and cross-functional teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Relevant knowledge of ITIL Expert, COBIT, or Six Sigma preferred
