Overview:

A nationally respected manufacturing company with astrong engineering backbone is seeking a Casting Engineer to ownquality systems, elevate process standards, and drive productionsuccess in our high-performance casting facility. If you thrive atthe intersection of metallurgy, process control, and continuousimprovement—this is your lane.

What You’ll Do:

Lead qualityinitiatives to reduce defects and optimize consistency acrosscasting operations Oversee key certifications and ensure compliancewith ISO 9001 and industry benchmarks Design quality documentation:inspection plans, test procedures, process workflows Collaboratecross-functionally with production, engineering, and sales totroubleshoot issues and deliver quality outcomes Spearheadsuccessful introduction of new parts, from prototype throughfull-scale production Conduct audits, analyze production data, andimplement corrective actions Support quoting efforts with technicalinput and documentation

Who You Are:

Background in investmentcasting or related casting technologies (sand, die, etc.) Strongunderstanding of metallurgical principles and process flow analysisProficient with technical drawings and quality system documentationExperience in a manufacturing environment —foundry operations andSolidWorks knowledge is a big plus You take ownership, drivestandards, and are passionate about production excellence
