Essential Functions andResponsibilities:

Perform regular supplier audits to ensureregulatory compliance. Monitor and improve supplier quality andprocess performance. Facilitate and perform on-site visits for rootcause analysis. Implement and verify corrective actions of supplierquality issues. Create, monitor, and present supplier qualityperformance metrics Maintain accurate quality records for suppliermanagement. Develop new approaches to solve problems identifiedduring quality assurance activities. Assists or leadsactivities/projects to improve the Quality Management Systemincluding coordinating, development, training and maintenance.

Review customer complaints, conduct product investigations, andensure proper complaint closure. Conduct medical device reportingassessments and process potential MDR reports Ideal candidateshould possess good problem solving & logical decision-makingabilities Develop sampling plans for evaluating, and reportingquality and reliability data Demonstrate continuous effort toimprove product quality and manufacturing processes. Work withQuality Control to streamline incoming inspection process.

WorkExperience Requirements:

5-7 years in manufacturing industry inQuality functions in an FDA regulated or equivalent industry.

Experience in medical device industry highly desirable. Experiencein Supplier Management. Working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP,US-FDA’s 21 cfr part 820, and

ISO 13485

2016. Strong MS officeskills Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork andproblem solving skills. Travel approximately 30%
