Packaging Supervisor Bonding Solutions, LLC Glen Rock, PA 17327 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee our packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all packaging processes are efficient, compliant with FDA regulations, and adhere to CGMP standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily packaging operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of packaging tasks. Train and mentor packaging staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards. Utilize hand tools and equipment such as forklifts for the movement of materials and finished products. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with packaging machinery and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs. Maintain accurate records of production output, quality control measures, and inventory levels. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in packaging operations. Skills Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge related to packaging machinery and logic controllers. Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to fabricate and assemble packaging components as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities. Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and training purposes.
