Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee manufacturing operations in a specific area of the facility Assist in developing unit budgets and performance targets Execute production to achieve customer order/shipment requirements Support new program launches from process development to manufacturing capability Supervise and provide direction to team leaders for all operations on responsible shift Build and support continuity and communications between shifts Support inventory reduction and cost improvement strategies Maintain positive employee relations and development Manage achievement of quality, quantity, and cost objectives Support ongoing safety initiatives and adherence to safety policies Provide support to team leaders in the execution of safety, quality, 5S, warranty reduction, delivery targets, and team leader development initiatives Ensure compliance with all quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures Work daily overtime and weekends as necessary Maintain privacy of all PHI per HIPAA regulations
