We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Permanent Process Engineer to join our fast-pacedManufacturing team. This is an incredible opportunity to utilizeyour skills in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Improvement,Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,Automation, and Robotics. The successful candidate will play apivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing processes, drivingefficiency, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturingmethods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials andparts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipmentcapabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. 2.Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, andworkflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximumefficiency. 3. Confer with planning and design staff concerningproduct design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.4. Apply statistical methods and perform product/process analysisfor cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.5. Implement automation and robotics in the manufacturing processto improve productivity and quality. 6. Coordinate and leadprojects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directingthe integration of technical activities. 7. Present and explainproposals, reports, and findings to clients. 8. Review andrecommend contracts and cost estimates. 9. Direct, review, andapprove product design and changes. 10. Drive continuousimprovement initiatives across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,Industrial Engineering or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Improvement,Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,Automation, and Robotics. 3. Proven experience in managing projectsand leading teams. 4. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturingprinciples and Six Sigma methodologies. 5. Experience in designingand implementing automated manufacturing processes. 6. Proficientin CAD software and other engineering tools. 7. Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills. 8. Strong communication andpresentation skills. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced andchallenging environment. 10. Strong team player with the ability towork independently when required.
