The Packing Specialist at Barrett Firearms Manufacturing Inc. plays a key role in ensuring our world-class products are packaged with the same level of precision and care that goes into making them. This detail-oriented position is responsible for assembling packaging materials, preparing shipments to exact Barrett specifications, and following standardized work instructions to maintain consistency and quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assembles packaging materials and prepares merchandise for shipment. Packages products to Barrett specifications according to standard work instructions. Performs electronic transactions within Barrett MRP system. Creates and maintains packaging documentation including photos. Performs audits to ensure standards are being followed. Makes recommendations to improve packing processes. Coordinates with other departments to ensure product is packaged correctly.
