Job Description:

Toincrease the efficiency and service life of engines, as well as toreduce emissions, MAHLE manufactures filters and pump systems aswell as oil coolers for engine and transmission applications. Thisway we ensure clean air and prevent contamination in oil and fuelthat can damage the engine. Clean supply air is also extremelyimportant for the smooth operation of fuel cells. Your ContributionOur Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for suppliermanagement, engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulasand confers with management or engineering staff to determinequality and reliability standards. Issues and facilitates suppliercorrective action process. Issues cost recovery reports. Managesupplier quality KPI Evaluate and approve Production Part ApprovalProcess (PPAP) documents for suppliers. Coordinate supplier qualityengineering and/or process changes Maintains records of andcontrols disposition of “Hold For Inspection” (discrepant) items.

Assures Customer Specific Requirements are met by suppliersInteract and support new product launches team for purchase partsrelated topics Participate and/or lead Problem Solving projectsConduct inspections of products and provide training of teammembers requiring guidance. Ensure manufacturing documentationincludes customer and internal requirements to ensure first timequality product. Your Qualifications and Experience 3-5 years’experience as a Quality Engineer with the above-mentioned dutiesand responsibilities T1 Automotive Manufacturing experiencerequired

experience required.
