Job Description
Design and manage packaging solutions for medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project timelines.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency with CREO drawing software Experience in sterile packaging or medical device packaging development Strong project management skills including MS Project and design history file management
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Familiarity with manufacturing line development and prototype builds Understanding of packaging regulations for medical or sterile products
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test packaging solutions for protection, handling, and presentation of medical devices Determine packaging specifications based on product requirements, cost constraints, regulatory compliance, and environmental conditions Develop package exteriors with attention to product identification, operating room workflow, visual appeal, and manufacturability Manage documentation and support compliance with GMP standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging aligns with production, regulatory, and user needs
